Social Media Packages

Photo/Video Scheduling

Cancellation of a shoot requires 48-hours notice in advance. The Client agrees to pay any costs payable.

If the Client cancels a shoot, they will be required to re-schedule on a preferred date. If the Client is unable to schedule a shoot within the month they may roll this over to the next month. If the roll over shoot is unsuccessfully scheduled this shoot will be cancelled without refund.

If we require an outdoor location we may need to hold our crew for a weather hold. This will be discussed 24-hours prior to shoot.

All retouched images will be provided within 48-hours after the shoot date. If there are any delays Digital Habitus will inform the Client to any delivery changes.

Package Fees

The estimated prices are valid for 6-month once the package has been purchased.

The Client does have the ability to upgrade to a higher rate package, however, they will not be able to downgrade from their existing package.

The package fees do not include any additional fees such as lighting, model, hair & make-up, etc… Any additional fees will be discussed during the creative consultation and agreed upon prior to shooting.

Payment Schedule

All services are invoiced in advance with 14-day payment terms.

Any amounts not paid by the Client to Digital Habitus when due will be subject to interest at the lower of 5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law from the due date until payment is made.

Ownership

Digital Habitus maintains the copyright in all our work. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license in perpetuity to use the material in all regions around the world. However, we retain all original and master material, and subject to advance permission in each case we reserve the right to use this material for promotional or other non-conflicting use. This may only occur after the images have been made publicly available.

If possible, the Client should provide Digital Habitus the necessary credit for the usage of the images using the following reference: @digitalhabitus.

Package Cancellation

The Client shall not unreasonably withhold acceptance of, or payment for their package. The Client shall bear all costs, expenses, and reasonable legal fees in any action brought to recover payment under this contract or in which The Photographer may become a party by reason of this contract.

Upon purchase of a package the client agrees to the contract terms of the three month minimum commitment period. If prior to completion of the three month term, the Client requests a cancellation they will be required to pay out the balance of their minimum term including their additional notice period.

Cancellation after the minimum term requires at least one month’s notice. This notice period is outside of the minimum term. The Subscription package will cease one month from the date of received notice. Please note a photo/video shoot and images will still occur within the notice period month.
