The Data-Driven Marketing program is our premium, hands-on partnership for businesses serious about growth. Over a structured three-month engagement, we’ll audit your entire marketing ecosystem from analytics setup and tracking accuracy to channel performance and customer behaviour. Using advanced insights from GA4 and other data sources, we’ll build a dynamic marketing strategy that evolves with your business, helping you measure, adapt, and optimise at every turn.

You’ll receive a fully customised analytics and attribution blueprint, bespoke dashboards, and a detailed 12-month marketing plan complete with testing frameworks and performance forecasts. Combined with ongoing support and review sessions, this program embeds a data-driven culture into your organisation, empowering you to make confident, evidence-based decisions long after our sessions conclude.

What’s included:

  • Pre-work: We will complete a full audit of analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, other tracking), marketing channels (paid, organic, email, etc), and business-goal mapping.

  • Live sessions: Kick-off session (2 hours) to align goals, data sources, and stakeholders. Plus, four 90-minute coaching/strategy sessions over 4 months (one each month) to review data, refine strategy, optimise channels, and address emerging issues.

  • Support: Weekly email check-in for the first 6 weeks; then bi-weekly for the remainder of 3 months. Access to a private Slack (or equivalent) channel for real-time questions/feedback. One 30-minute “wrap-up & next steps” call at the end of 3 months, with optional extension.

  • A “Comprehensive Analytics & Attribution Blueprint”: how data flows from channels → analytics → dashboards → business insight.

  • Custom dashboards built for you showing key metrics, trends, anomalies, with alerts and interpretation guidance.
