With over fifteen years of experience spanning marketing strategy, digital performance, design, and creative direction, Tom brings a rare balance of analytical insight and creative vision to every project he leads. Having worked with more than 150 businesses over the years, from local names like Few and Far, Urban Rituelle, and Briars Inn to national brands such as Camilla, Aje, Merivale, The Upside, the Sydney Royal Easter Show, and the Sydney Boat Show, his approach combines a deep understanding of data with an instinct for storytelling that connects with audiences on a human level.

A graduate of the Whitehouse Institute of Design, Tom’s design-led mindset ensures that every campaign captures both the aesthetic and strategic essence of the brand. His career has included leadership roles across agencies and business ownership, where he has built, scaled, and merged creative firms such as VUE Studio. His ability to interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics and transform it into an actionable marketing strategy has earned him a reputation for delivering measurable growth while maintaining creative integrity.

Beyond consulting, Tom actively applies his strategies in the real world. As the co-founder of Seed + Stow and Soil and Bone, he has grown Australian-made brands from concept to market, overseeing everything from brand positioning and product development to performance marketing and e-commerce operations. Earlier in his career, he also co-founded Bubble Soccer Australia, one of the country’s original social-sport ventures. These ventures give Tom firsthand insight into the realities faced by business owners and leaders, ensuring his guidance is grounded, practical, and proven through experience.

At his core, Tom is both a strategist and a creator, equally comfortable analysing the data behind performance metrics as he is shaping a brand’s visual identity. His work is defined by curiosity, clarity, and a genuine commitment to helping businesses grow with purpose and confidence.
