We begin by exploring how your customers actually think and behave, using behavioural science to uncover the psychological levers already influencing their decisions and the points of friction that may be holding them back. From there, we examine your data and identify any issues that may be distorting your reporting or masking performance. Finally, we analyse each of your marketing channels to determine where growth is being created, where it is being blocked and where opportunity exists that you may not be capitalising on. The aim is to give you a clearer, sharper, more confident view of your marketing in just a matter of hours.

Pre-Work Diagnostics Before the sessions begin, we conduct a light audit of your tracking, analytics setup and marketing channels. This ensures our time together is spent on meaningful insights rather than basic housekeeping.
Behaviour & Data Foundations We walk through the behavioural principles affecting your customers, identify areas of clarity and confusion, and assess the accuracy of your analytics. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how psychological triggers shape your performance and how reliable your current data really is.
Channel Performance & Growth Levers We evaluate your paid, organic and owned channels to understand where you’re over-investing, under-investing or missing opportunities entirely. You’ll leave with a clear picture of which levers will generate the fastest and most meaningful improvement.
Final Deliverables At the end of the programme, you receive a concise growth brief summarising your most important insights, your 2–3 highest-value priorities and a simple, actionable plan to guide your next steps.
