- Pre-work: A detailed questionnaire, plus provide access/viewing of channel data (e.g. GA4 property, paid-ads dashboard, CRM/leads data). 
- Two live strategy sessions (90 minutes each) spaced one week apart: (1) “Data Discovery & Opportunity Mapping”; (2) “Strategy Build & Channel Plan”. 
- Support: One 45-minute Q&A call 4 weeks after completion, plus email support for 14 days post-delivery. 
Deliverables:
